STEP 1.
- Head over to Google Search on your HP laptop, type HP Support Assistant.
- From the search results, click the first one.
- On the HP website, click and download the HP Support Assistant Software.
- When the download is complete, proceed and install the software.
STEP 2
- On the HP Support Assistant dashboard in your Laptop, click troubleshooting and fixes.
- Proceed and Click Diagnostics.
- Click Battery Check.
From there on, the battery check would commence and, after a few seconds, the software would generate the result of the battery health of your HP laptop.
